If you're not sick of Zoom, critics recommend us

The Dallas Morning News calls LIBRA SEASON “a Zoom play worth your attention” and said it’sby far one of the better uses by a local theater of the corporate software as a dramatic tool.” (They also said our cast is exceptional, for what it’s worth. *wink)

“Its members deliver standout performances even as little more than pixels on your screen.”

LIBRA SEASON runs through Sept. 4. Tickets are $25 at secondthoughttheatre.com. Don’t miss this one!

A Sagittarius in LIBRA SEASON

Lauren is thrilled to be joining the cast of Second Thought Theatre’s Libra Season by award-winning playwright and actor, E.E. Adams. From the STT website: “This play was commissioned and developed under Second Thought’s S.T.E.P. program late last year. Intended for live productions over Zoom, Libra Season is a history play for and about 2020. The play explores the shifting foundation of American culture. It asks what we, and more specifically black women, have to sacrifice. STT welcomes back Tiana Kaye Blair (Mlima’s Tale) to direct. Blair helped develop this piece alongside Adams in the S.T.E.P. program.”
